Anna Szilagyi is a queer poet and writer from Long Island living in Brooklyn. She was longlisted for the 2025 Palette Poetry Queer Poetry Prize and has been a featured reader for Dykes and Dolls, There’s a Lot to Unpack Here, and the New York City Poetry Festival. Her work has appeared in Banshee, Honey Literary, and Vagabond City, among other places. Anna earned her MPH in Community Health with a specialization in Maternal, Child, Reproductive, and Sexual Health from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy and is a scholar of the reality television arts and sciences.
